by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you expressly request that the service (Sofia-Check) should begin before the end of the withdrawal period, and we have already fully provided the report to you, your right of withdrawal expires in accordance with § 356 (4) and (5) BGB (German Civil Code).
Note: By default, we begin the analysis after the withdrawal period has expired. If you request express delivery, you agree to early performance of the contract, and your right of withdrawal expires upon full delivery of the report.

Withdrawal via WhatsApp or telephone is possible, but we recommend written form (email or post) for clear documentation.
Upon receipt of your withdrawal, we will process the refund immediately, at the latest within 14 days. The refund will be made via Stripe using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
