Our website uses session storage technology for popup functionality. No persistent cookies are set. Session storage is automatically deleted when you close the browser tab.

4.1 Contact Form and Email Contact

When contacting us via the form or by email, the following data is processed:

4.2 Sofia-Check Property Analysis

To perform our AI-powered property analysis, we process:

  • Contact details (Name, Email, Phone)
  • Uploaded documents (Purchase contracts, floor plans, exposés, etc.)
  • Property data (Address, land registry data, areas, etc.)
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe, see below)

Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (Performance of a contract).

Storage: All uploaded documents are stored on GDPR-compliant EU servers and deleted upon request after completion of the analysis. We only store your data as long as necessary for the performance of the contract.

Encryption: All uploads occur via SSL-encrypted connections.

5.1 Stripe (Payment Processing)

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. During payment, your data is transmitted directly to Stripe:
