To perform our AI-powered property analysis, we process:

Contact details (Name, Email, Phone)
Uploaded documents (Purchase contracts, floor plans, exposés, etc.)
Property data (Address, land registry data, areas, etc.)
Payment information (processed by Stripe, see below)

Storage: All uploaded documents are stored on GDPR-compliant EU servers and deleted upon request after completion of the analysis. We only store your data as long as necessary for the performance of the contract.

Encryption: All uploads occur via SSL-encrypted connections.
